Whole 30 Reintroduction – Day 12

This is it!  The very last day!  With my false start and then realizing I would have to skip the wine re-intro, this is day 44 of Whole 30.  It’s been quite a journey.  And it definitely has changed the way I look at food and the way I plan to eat going forward.  Much less sugar and additives and much more whole foods.  Of course, I’m not giving up anything really.  Just becoming much more aware and deliberate with my eating.  Sundays are still going to be free days.  But Sundays won’t start on Thursday evenings any more.  HAHA!!

Breakfast:
Honeycrisp apple
Smoked salmon and avocado on sweet potato toast
Coffee with nut pods

Lunch:
Shepherd’s Pie (Whole 30, page 350)

Dinner:
Scrambled eggs
