Whole 30 Reintroduction – Day 5

Tuesday

Breakfast:
Honeycrisp apple
Smoked salmon and avocado on sweet potato toast
Coffee with nut pods

Lunch:
Chicken salad with celery, red grapes, almonds, homemade mayo

Dinner:
Chicken Meatballs (Whole 30, page 226)
Tomato Sauce (Whole 30, page 324)
Steamed Zucchini noodles

I made the sauce and meatballs on Sunday. They’ll last three meals.
