Whole 30 Reintroduction – Day 7

Dairy reintroduction day!  I’m a BIG dairy fan, so I hope this goes well.  Don’t ever tell me I can’t have cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, cream in my coffee!  That might even be worse than telling me I can never have wine again!

Breakfast:
Honeycrisp apple
Smoked salmon and avocado on sweet potato toast
Coffee with half & half – yay!

For half & half, I usually drink Organic Valley. Since I’m leaving town the day after my reintroduction is done and was only going to use it today, I just grabbed some generic – albeit organic – half & half at Target. It was gross. It just tasted like warm milk in my coffee. Interesting. I don’t know if I’ve lost the taste or if it was just not good quality. I guess I’ll find out next week when I get my Organic Valley. Skipping the cream and sticking with the Nut Pods would totally not be a bad thing.

Lunch:
Chicken Meatballs (Whole 30, page 226)
Tomato Sauce (Whole 30, page 324)
Steamed Zucchini noodles

Dinner:
Scrambled eggs with Mexican blend cheese.  Cheese – YAY!
