Whole 30 Reintroduction – Day 8

Friday

Breakfast:
Honeycrisp apple
Smoked salmon and avocado on sweet potato toast
Coffee with nut pods

Lunch:
Tuna salad with celery, kalamata olives and homemade mayo

Dinner:
Scrambled eggs

I also cooked a Shepherd’s Pie (Whole 30, page 350 this evening, which will cover my last four Whole 30 lunches.
