Saturday

Breakfast:
Honeycrisp apple
Smoked salmon and avocado on sweet potato toast
Coffee with nut pods

Lunch:
Shepherd’s Pie (Whole 30, page 350

Dinner:
Scrambled eggs

I will admit, I’m getting pretty bored with all this. Granted, I could have sprung for an additional cookbook to try some new recipes, but I didn’t. Well, only three more days. Yay!
